Black Forest Cake

RECIPE

3 eggs seperated
beat egg whites till stiff...
mix 2 heaped tablespoon cocoa in ½ cup hot milk,,
Beat yolks with
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup oil..
Then add sifted
1 cup sugar ,1 cup flour.,2 ½ teaspoon baking powder..beat for 2-3 minutes..fold in egg whites lightly..bake at 180 till done...
Cut cake in ½..spread with strawberry jam,and a nice thick layer of fresh cream..close and cover whole cake with cream and grated chocolate..decorate as desired with strawberry jam..
