INGREDIENTS
2 5kg chicken wings.
2 cloves garlic crushed.
¾ cup smooth peanut butter.
½ water.
2 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves.
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
1 teaspoon crushed chillies (paste)
METHOD
Renove and discxard wingh tips. Seperate first and second joints of chicken wings. Whisk remaining ingredients together in large bowl. Mix in chicken cover refrigerate 3 hrs or overnight.
Just before serving place chicken on wire rack over baking dish. Bake uncovered in moderately hot oven about 3d minutes or until chicken is tender
