INGREDIENTS
250g butter
5 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon sugar
4 cups cake flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
pinch
of salt
FILLINGS
11/4 cup coconut
11/2 cup sugar
¼ cup butter
a drop of
vanilla essence, mix all together
METHOD
mix butter,sugar, eggs, mix well, add milk, flour b/pwder an salt to make a soft dough.divide the dough into 2 parts,roll out like roti an spread over the fillings
roll like a swiss roll tight, then u slice,it an twist it, do the same with other part, bake @180-until light brown

if u like you can add almond powder to the fillings
