Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem 250g butter,½ cup castor sugar,1-2 cups coconut,1 teaspoon vanilla essence,1 cup chopped colored almonds, Flour as required to make soft dough. Beat butter till light and fluffy. Add in sugar and beat. Mix in other ingredients. Make a soft dough with cake flour. Roll into logs. Cut into slices & bake. Allow to cool. Dust with icing sugar.
