1kg Chicken, Half an onion Quater cup butter 1 teaspoon fresh garlic 1 teaspoon green chillies crushed 1 teaspoon fine jeeroo 1 teaspoon exotic thai spice 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon lemon pepper Half teaspoon black pepper 1 carrot 1 green pepper 1 potatoe Quarter piece onion Knorr thick veggie soup 1cup milk
Braise half onion in butter till soft Add garlic and braise Add chicken, green masala, jeeroo, exotic thai spice,Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper and pepper and braise until chicken cooked. Separately boil together the pepper, carrot, potato, and quater onion until soft, liquidise and set aside. Mix half of above mixture with the pack of Knorr Veggie soup. Add to cooked chicken Add milk Garnish with spring onion and dhania (coriander)
