INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour¾ teaspoon salt1 ½ teaspoon bakin powder4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Fridge water to make dough
Filling500g chicken minceHalf cup mashed potatoHalf cup peas(frozen)Half cup grated cheese1 teaspoon green chilliesSalt to tasteGarlic to taste1 teaspoon whole jeerooCubed cheeseBeaten eggGrated cheese
METHOD
sift dry ingredients, add ghee (Clarified butter) and add water to make a dough. Roll out into small rotis. Mix all filling ingredients together except cubed cheese. Put a cube in middle of each ball. Cut four slits on corner of each roti and place ball in center, fold as for roses. Brush with beaten egg and bake :) alternately can put each ball on roti and roll again into a ball. Enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
You can use any cooked filling of your choice and just mix with mash& grated cheese.
