INGREDIENTS
1 pack of Tennis biscuits
250g Cremora coffee creamer
125ml warm water
1 can of condensed milk
125ml lemon juice
115g Rhodes granadilla pulp
100g butter or margarine
METHOD
Base:Crush biscuits and add to melted butter to form a base. Place into glass dish.
Filling:Mix Cremora and warm water well. Add condensed milk and mix again.Add lemon juice and combine well.Stir in half of the granadilla pulp.Pour over biscuit base.Decorate with remainder of pulp.
Allow to set by refridgerating overnight.
