2 cups oats
2 cups dessicated coconut
1 cup cake flour
½ cup brown sugar
250g butter or margarine
2 and a half tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
Cream the butter with maple syrup and bicarb. Add the dry ingredients from the bowl.
Bake at 160 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown in a baking tray.
Cut into squares once cooled.
