1 roll todays pastry,thawed out
Apricot Jam
1x250ml fresh cream beaten stiff with 3 tablespoon icing sugar
Pecan nuts
Icing sugar
Heat waffle maker for 5 minutes..spray and cook both sides..roll out pastry a little bit..cut a big square to fit the waffle maker..close and leave for a few minutes..
Pastry will puff up..allow to become golden and hard..remove spread with jam,pipe fresh cream and sprinkle nuts..sift with icing sugar..
