INGREDIENTS
½ lb butter
1 cup sugar
500g self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup badam (almond) chopped
½ cup pecans chopped
1 and ½ cup all bran flakes
Handful Soumph (Fennel)
Handful tal (sesame seeds)
Beat 1 cup inkomasi + 1 egg
METHOD
In a huge pot melt butter and sugar, do not boil. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pat in a deep oven pan and bake at 180 till light brown 15 - 20 minutes
When cool glad wrap the entire block and put in freezer 3 hours
Remove from freezer and slice and cut into desired size
lay flat on an oven tray and dry out in oven 130 for one hour or till crispy
INFO & TIPS
You can add a little sunflower seeds, linseeds kajoor or raisins if you wish.
