RECIPE

-Onion,very fine...if u have stick blender,then dice fine with that. -Tomato Puree,small can-Thinly sliced & cubed green pepper-freshly crushed garlic-Mixed herbs-salt to tasteFry onion in little oil until golden brown,add tomato,pepper&rest of ingredients and give a good cook through. Done.Add over or under a pasta,drizzle with cheese.Grill till cheese melts.Enjoy.

INFO & TIPS

Add a teaspoon sugar.
