4 garlic cloves chopped finely
2 green chillies chopped
sauce: 125g garlic butter, 5tblspn lemon juice, 250ml fresh cream, lemon pepper, salt, green chilles, corriander
cook the prawns in salt, butter, garlic cloves, chives and green chillies.
in a sauce pan add garlic butter, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, gren chillies, corriander and allow to boil. lastly stir in fresh cream slowly. if the sauce is too thin add 1 tablespoon corn flour. dish out prawns in serving dish then pour the sauce over. garnish with corriander and dried parsely.
