sauce: 125g garlic butter 5 tblspn lemon juice250ml fresh creamlemon peppersaltgreen chillescoriander
cook the prawns in salt, butter, garlic cloves, chives and green chillies. in a sauce pan add garlic butter, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, gren chillies, corriander and allow to boil.lastly stir in fresh cream slowly. if the sauce is too thin add 1 tablespoon corn flour.dish out prawns in serving dish then pour the sauce over.garnish with coriander and dried parsley.
