INGREDIENTS
Myk υ̲̣r fav kebaab recipe ñ∂ kip aside.
Boil υ̲̣r rice as Y̲ọ̥υ wud 4 biryani kip aside.
°̩ή η̵ bowl addd bout 8 grated tomatoes. Addd The following spices( js addd according Y̲ọ̥υ wud 4 normal akni)
2 tspDana jeera powder
2 teaspoon Crushed dana
Green chillies
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 teaspoon Chillie powder
2 teaspoon Mix masala (mother inlaw or any one )
Safforn
Salt to taste
Chopped green dhanya
Elachi (cardomom). Cinnomon stiks. Peper corns. Cloves.
Sour milk. 1 cup or mor
Lemon juice
1 sachet tomatoe puree
Egg yellow
Frozen Mix veg
Fried potatoes ( kip aside)
Mix everything together.
METHOD
Make wagaar ώĩ†̥ђ 2 chopped onions °̩ή one cup or less Øf ghee (Clarified butter). Braise until transpernt bt ήστ brown.Add 2 teaspoon Øf packo masala °̩ή onions. ñ∂ braise for half minutes.
Add tomatoe mixture 2 ghee (Clarified butter) ñ∂ cook for 5 minutes on high. Put °̩ή kebaabs ñ∂ cook until firm ñ∂ oil come up. Addd potatoes. Cover ώĩ†̥ђ rice sprinkle 1cup zaffron watee on top. SteAm on stove for 15 minutes on high. Transfer pot °̩ή oven 2 steam 1 hour 15 minutes or til done.
Wen serving Y̲ọ̥υ cn mix or dish as desired.
