INGREDIENTS
500g Gram flour 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) melted ⅓ cup milk make crumbs
250g icing sugar250g castor sugar 125g Klim 1 teaspoon elachie powder 1 teaspoon nutmeg
METHOD
1. Make bread like crumbs with the gram flour, milk and ghee (Clarified butter) 2. Then cook the breadcrumbs in 1 and ½ cups of ghee (Clarified butter) in a heavy based pot - this takes approximately 1 hour 3. Allow to cool (overnight works best) 4. Add icing sugar, castor sugar, klim, elachie powder and nutmeg to form a dough like texture 5. Top with almonds 6. Set and decorate as you wish
