Cook chicken mince with 1 tablespoon green chilli paste1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin),+- 1 teaspoon tumeric2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix1 teaspoon garam masalaAdd 1 /2 teaspoon kashmiri masala+- kashmiri chilli powder to adjust the taste2 tablespoon out or ghee (Clarified butter)Cook add little shallot and mintIn a separate pan Lightly saute 2 medium.choppedonions with little oilNow add this to the mince Few minutes till almost dryGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Salt to tasteFor the DoughMake Puri dough style (egg is optional)2 cups self raising flour1 teaspoon salt2- 3 tablespoon melted butter it ghee (Clarified butter)Rub till crumbsAdd 2 teaspoon baking powderTake Water mix with little milk or buttermilkAdd 1 beaten egg to the water milk mixtureMake a soft doughLeave for few minutesRoll out circles and fold over like rockets or a normal pie Can freeze and fry when required Fry like you would a samoosaServe warm with dipsEnjoy
