2 cups chopped mushrooms
Saute in butter
Salt and pepper
In ½ cup water dissolve 2 tablespoon mushroom soup powder and 1 tablespoon cornflour..add with 1 x250 ml fresh cream..add to mushrooms,allow to boil and thicken,season with salt to taste..
