1 kg tenderised steak cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup mayonaise
2 tablespoon ground garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup oil
3 tablespoon garlic flakes
3 tablespoon sour milk
Marinate steaks in above,for a few hours or overnight...
Cook steak in water,until tender...when cooked add 2 tablespoon garlic butter,and fry-cook..
Add 1 tub fresh cream,and simmer on low,until thickens...
Serve with garlic bread and potatoes
