4 eggs (separated) ¾ cup sugar 1 cup oil ¼ cup cocoa ¼ cup boiling water 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup cake flour
ganache: 250 ml fresh cream. 2 x 80g dark chocolate.
Pre heat over to 180 cO. Beat egg white till stiff, keep aside. Beat yolks and sugar for 10 minutes till creamy. Add oil and beat for 5 minutes.mix water and cocoa together till smooth paste.add to egg mixture, sift flour and baking powder add to batter. Beat for 5 minutes.fold in egg whites..grease cake pan, pour batter in. Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. Sllow to cool. Ganache:Heat fresh cream in a pan on high, add chocolate and whip... Allow chocolate to melt. Lower heat and than simmer for 3 minutes. Put heat off once Ganache thickens. Allow to get cold and than decorate cake.Better results, let Ganache set in the fridge overnight, whip it and use the next day
