4 eggs (separated)
¾ cup sugar
1 cup oil
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup boiling water
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cake flour
250 ml fresh cream.
2 x 80g dark chocolate.
Pre heat over to 180 cO.
Beat egg white till stiff, keep aside.
Beat yolks and sugar for 10 minutues till creamy. Add oil and beat for 5 minutues.
mix water and cocoa together till smooth paste.
add to egg mixture, sift flour and baking powder add to batter. Beat for 5 minutues.
fold in egg whites..
grease cake pan, pour batter in. Bake for 30-45 minutues depending on your oven.
allow to cool.
Heat fresh cream in a pan on high, add chocolate and whip... allow chocolate to melt. Lower heat and than simmer for 3 minutues. Put heat off once Ganache thickens.
allow to get cold and than decorate cake.
better results, let Ganache set in the fridge overnight, whip it and use the next day
