Milo Cake

INGREDIENTS



1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oil
1& 3⁄4 Cup Flour
1⁄4 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 tablespoon Milo
1&1⁄2 Cups Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
4 teaspoon Baking Powder


METHOD


Boil 1 Cup Milk & 1 Cup Oil and allow to cool
Sift together the flour, cocoa and milo
Add all above ingredients to oil mixture

Beat the castor sugar and eggs
Beat all ingredients together and fold in 4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pour into baking pan and bake on 180 till done

Allow to cool before adding topping

Topping:
2 Slabs Milo
1 Small Tin nestle Cream

Slmz, I've made this cake twice now and it sunk in both times. Please advise how long it needs to bake because I baked it for 35 minutes both times before opening the oven and still it sunk. Or should it be divided into 2 baking pans perhaps? Please advise
