Frozen Fantasy Ice-cream

INGREDIENTS

2 l vanilla ice-cream 1(155g)tin dessert cream
4 tablespoon icing sugar 6 small meringues,crushed
1(200g) Cadbury biscuit,grated 2 crunchies,sliced

250ml fresh cream 4 tablespoon icing sugar
Extra meringues fresh fruit
Fresh edible flowers 1 crunchie,sliced

METHOD

lay loaf pan/Tupperware with cling wrap leaving plenty cling wrap to cover the top
Place ice-cream in bowl and add remaining ingredients
Spoon mixture into prepared tray and level top with a spoon
Fold cling wrap over ice-cream and freeze overnight
Before serving whip the fresh cream and icing sugar
Turn the ice-cream onto a platter and cover with cream
Decorate with fresh fruit,flowers
Serve immediately
