½ packet of the Frozen Vadde mix (500g)Add 1 Medium Finely chopped OnionLittle crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little crushed somph¾ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Crushed red or Green chilli½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix ¼ teaspoon Green masala ginger garlic Chopped Green dhania (coriander) and ShallotOPTIONAL : ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder Mix all togetherThenMake small Balls Flatten slightly not too thinI Made a Dent in the centre I did not make a hole as it was breaking a bit Or you can just Flatten it like a Patty Fry in medium to Hot oilIn Deep Fryer slightly Crisp Serve with Mint Chutney or Any other chutneyTipYou may use 250g Pea dhall (lentils) soaked overnight drained and process in a processor Add all ingredients besudes onion and greens.. And then Freeze when required THAW at room temperature make sure to drain extra liquid then add the onion and Greens Adjust Salt Green ChilliEnjoy
