Red Velvet

INGREDIENTS

2 ¼ cups flour
1 ½ cups plain yoghurt
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon bi-carb
30mlredcolouring
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 ½ cups oil

METHOD

Sift all dry ingredients in 1 bowl.
Put all wet ingredients in another bowl.
Whisk dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Bake for 15 minutes

Topping:
1 tub cream cheese 125g butter
2 cups icing sugar
