250g butter 390g choc chips 2 cups flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup white sugar 250g grated Cadbury milk chocolate 2 ½ cups oats 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 ½ cups chopped nuts
Pulse oats in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla essence. Mix well. Add sifted flour, oats, salt, baking powder & bicarbonate of soda. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate & nuts. Roll into balls & place 1cm apart on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
