Cream 125g butter and 1 cup castor sugar. Add 2 eggs and vanilla essence. Sift 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon bicarb, ¼ teaspoon salt.Add this alternately with 1 big tin nestle cream mixed with 30ml lemon juice.pour half batter in cake tin. Separately mix ½ cup chopped pecan nuts, ½ cup castor sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle half of this on batter add the rest of the batter. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
