125g butter
1 tablespn sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
3 teaspoon b.powder
Pinch salt
2 and ½ cups flour
Filling:
90g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
¾ cup dessicated coconut
Food color of choice
Divide dough in 2 parts, roll each part into a large rectangle, spread filling on each, roll like a swissroll, refrigerate till firm, cut into round slices and bake at 170 for abt 20 minutes.
