My style2 cups flour 3 tablespoon Melted butter2 teaspoon baking pwdrPinch of salt½ cup sugar
MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER ADD 1 eggvanilla essence+-½ cup milk (Optional is 1 tablespoon yoghurt or maas) I add so it stays soft
Mix to a soft doughroll out dough cut in stripsPlait itFry in medium heatDip in syrup and sprinkle dessicated coconutSYRUP3 cups water (mix rose water)Or add rose essence1 ½ cups sugarCinamon stickMake thin syrup...dip warm plaits in warm syrupNot too long as it gets too sweet...sprinkle coconut on it ..ENJOY😛
