Donuts

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups flour
¾ cup castor sugar
¼ litre milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
50ml oil
15g baking powder
Pinch of salt

METHOD

Preparation:
Place flour, baking powder sugar, vanilla and salt into mixing bowl.
Make a well in the middle of ingredients. Add the egg, milk and oil.
Using a mixer, mix all ingredients thoroughly to produce a smooth batter.

Make in doughnut machine

Dip in cinnamon and sugar or deco as desired.
