INGREDIENTS
Boil 1 ½ cup basmati rice
Chicken4 chicken fillets cubed
In pot add a slice of butter, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 sachet tomato paste, 3 tablespoon lemon juice.
METHOD
Once spices start simmering add in chicken. Cook for 10 minutes than add in 1 grated tomato. Cook till almost done. Then add in ½ cup yogurt and a few strips of colored peppers. To serve warm rice, than deseed pepper and put chicken in pepper. Serve with raita.
