INGREDIENTS
Vanilla sponge cake
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ¼ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
METHOD
*beat eggs and sugar till fluffy, add ½ cup oil and beat again. Then add dry ingredients and ½ cup water and essence. Bake at whatever temp u usually bake your cakes. Don't overbeat the mixture
