RECIPE
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4tblsp oil
Add togather in a bowl and make dough with boiling water it must be soft, make 18 small balls (roll thin) to side plate size ,braise just like rotis on thawa but not too much ghee (Clarified butter) , keep the otheres covered while braising , when done put your choice of filling with chips and sauce and wrap up and enjoy
Wraps can be frozen and use wen needed
Basic filling:
Slice chicken fillet into strips
Slice peppers of choice
Slice onions
Stir fry with sauces of choice and fill with shredded lettuce
