I can chick peas 1 onion chopped ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tomatoes grated 1 teaspoon dana jeera ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder or more if want stronger 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 3 tablespoon shaans qasuri Methi (Fenugreek) ( its dry like dried parsly) 1 teaspoon Garam masala chopped. Green danya for garnish
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) til light in colour. Add all the spices besides garam masala and allow to braise 4 1 minutes. Add tomatoes and Methi (Fenugreek) and cook til oil comes to surface. Add the chick peas and cook on low. Garnish wit garam masala and danya. Serve with naan or roti.
