1 cup brown bread flour ¾ cup flour 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Pinch salt Kettle boiled water as required to make a soft dough
In a bowl add all the ingredients except the water . Ones all those ingredients are in add the water little at the time to make a soft dough . Do not make pur ( small cup size roti add oil and flour and make round balls ) . Heat up your tava until it's very hot then Fry the roti ( by making tava very hot first this will cook roti quickly without getting hard)
INFO & TIPS
Try not to add oil or ghee when frying roti
If you usually add oil on both sides try only to add little on 1 side
Cut down the salt oil and ghee .
