Mochachos strips.
Beat the following:
1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 cup self raising flour , 1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice), 1 tablespoon lemon+ herb,1 tablespoon peri-peri. Mix together. Leave in fridge . Fry in oil. While hot sprinkle peri-peri+lemon @herb spice with shaker on both sides
