Wash and drain Marinate with:5 tablespoons double cream yogurt½ cup milk1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt and pepper5-6 tablespoons Calistos pepe sauce Marinate chicken strips in mixture for about 30 minutes Flour mixture:1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon cajun spice1 teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon garlic flakes1 teaspoon parsley Heat oilDip chicken strips in cake flour mixture and fry in medium hot oil till golden. Can be used in wraps or sliders. Serve with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy.
