Cut chicken in strips Beat egg and add ginger and garlic paste to the egg. Mix well. Season flour and semolina with pepper powder and set aside. Season strips with black pepper,lemon pepper and Aromat (a South African Spice),then dip in the beaten egg and seasoned flour and semolina. Fry in hot oil till cooked.
INFO & TIPS
You may add dried mixed herbs to the flour if desired.
I dont measure spices I just use my discretion so please adjust season according to your preference.
