1 kg chicken cut into long strips. Marinate in 11/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice lemon juice crushed green chillies 1 egg 2 cups milk. Marinate fillet with spices. Beat egg and milk together and pour over chicken. Soak overnight. Take 1 cup flour in dish 1 teaspoon baking powder 11/2 teaspoon chillie powder and Aromat (a South African Spice). Coat chicken strips in flour and deep fry. Serve with salad or chips and sweet and sour sauce dip or a mayo dip. Njoy!
