Lemon And Mango Atchaar

Lemon atchaar

10 lemons sliced round

2 kg green mangoes sliced into thin wedges

3-4 cups sugar

3-4 cups vinegar

½ cup coarse salt

Colored peppers cut into strips. 1 of each color.

2 tablespoon whole jeeru (cumin)

3 whole green chillies

Mix all ingredients together.

Keep in fridge for a week stirring everyday

Than package.

Can be frozen
