INGREDIENTS
Choc Chip cuppies
3 ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon sifted cake flour
4 ½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup plus 2 tablespoon milk
½ cup plus 6 tablespoon butter
1 ¼ cups castor sugar
5 lrg egg whites
1 ¾ cup Choc chips
METHOD
Method
Preheat oven and line cupcake pans.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir vanilla into milk and keep aside.Cream butter till smooth, add castor sugar ḭñ steady stream till pale ǟɳɖ fluffy. Add flour mix ḭin 3 batches alternating with 2 additions of milk. Beating until jus combined. In an electric mixer whisk egg whites till stiff peaks form. Fold into mixture in 3 additions. Mix Choc chips with 1 tablespoon flour and fold into mix gently. Divide batter evenly into lined cups. Bake @ 180 degrees about 15-20 minutes
