Topping : 1 big slab dairymilk 250ml fresh cream ½ tub marshmallow fluff / packet marshmallows
beat together the first 3 ingredients until light and fluffy .
Mix together the cocoa and boiling water and set aside .
Add flour and baking powder to the beaten ingredients . Now add the cocoa mix . Mix until well combined .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Place wax wrap on a flat Swiss roll pan , grease this as well . Pour batter evenly . Tap out the air bubbles . Bake for 20 minutes or until done .
Or alternatively if you have a problem with the Swissroll breaking . Bake in a normal tin , cut cake into halves and stick together .
While still hot start rolling the cake like a Swiss roll to get the shape and allow to cool in that shape .
Topping : Melt together chocolate and cream . If you do not have fluff then melt marshmallows in a pot on low with little butter or melt in microwave .
Cake needs to be completely cooled . 1s the mellows are melted and fluffed you have to work very fast if you using melted mellows or else this will become rubbery . Open up the rolled cake . Smear a thick layer of mellow fluff or melted mellows . Pour some chocolate sauce . Roll it up again add some Fluff to the top then add some mini mellows for decoration on top and pour the remaining sauce on top .
