Boil tagliatelle pasta till Al dente
3 chicken fillets cubed.Cook chicken with 1 tablespoon oilSprinkling of lemon pepper1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)Green masalaSalt to taste1 teaspoon garlicGreen chillies to taste.
When done add in 1 cup whole kernel corn, then add in pasta, 1 cup fresh cream, 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated.
Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander.
