1cup tasty wheat braise well in ¾ cup ghee (Clarified butter), then add 1litre ultra mel custard and stir in till almost absorbed add in 1/2cup sugar and keep stirring on medium heat so lumps don't form.Stir til Sojee (semolina flour) texture forms. Steam on low til cooked. Garnish as u wish. Its really easy and really quick and flop free
