RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken or lamb mince
2 onions, finely chopped
½ cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
½ cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon ground green chillies or more
2 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoon dana
2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Then make in to oblong shapes and fry in shallow oil.
