Little less than ¾ cup ghee (Clarified butter) (tke out about a tablespoon). Braise 1 cup Sojee (semolina flour) in ghee (Clarified butter) until pink. Add 1 litre ultra Mel custard to pot and cook on low heat till dry. Now add ½ cup sugar and let steam on low until done... When serving u can scoop or dish out as normal.
