INGREDIENTS
Fillet ½ kg
Thick yoghurt 4 tablespoon
Red chilli paste 1 ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste2 teaspoon
Few almonds ( blanched and roasted)
Green masala1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Juice of ½ lemon
Garam masala powder ¼-½ teaspoon
Oil fr grilling
Spring onion bulb(sliced) 1
Fresh basil6-7
Fresh mint15-20 leaves
Iceberg leaves
Lettuce leaves a few
For the dressing :
Tomatoe juice1/3cup
Mustard paste 2 teaspoon
Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Olive oil
Salt
Crushed black peppercorn
METHOD
There is no method..so Wat u would do is marinate chicken fillet with all the spices then grill I would also cut it into strips thn grill..then wash all your salad stf and keep aside..mix evrything fr the dressing and keep aside then once the fillet is cooked leav to cool a little then assemble the lettuce on a platter and add the basil and spring onion..then top with the chicken fillet and then put mint ontop and add dressing as needed otherwise becomes soggy..
