Carrots peeled & Cut into Strips
Cocktail onions peeled
Green beans cut into pieces
Green chillies slit
Wash all the veggies & layer it in to bottle.1st put some onions followed by carrots than beans & chillies carry on this way till you reached the top. Add vinger into bottle until veggies are fully covered
Add some rough salt to taste & close the bottle. Allow to stand for a week. This pickle goes well with all types of food. Enjoy.
