INGREDIENTS
2 eggs¼ cup sugar250ml fresh cream5 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon egg yellow (optional) flour as needed to form a soft dough.
METHOD
Cream eggs and sugar well.Add cream and beat while adding baking powder and flour slowly to form a very soft dough.Set aside dough for 5 minutes.turn dough out onto floured surface, pat to 2cm and cut into shapes.Brush beaten egg.Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
