INGREDIENTS
2tbs melted butter
2 cups self raising flour
2 eggs
1 cup maas
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup sugar
Vanilla essence.
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar
add eggs + vanilla
Add remaining ingredients to make a soft dropping batter.
Fry in deep oil
Coat in cinnamon /sugar, or dip in chocolate
