1 cup Luke warm milk
2 teaspoon instants yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
50g melted butter
+- 4 cups flour
whisk the eggs , add milk and the remaining ingredients ACCEPT THE FLOUR and whisk well , gradually add flour to make a soft dough ( stop adding more flour if the dough starts getting hard )
Knead for 1 minute cover and leave it to rise until double its size .
Roll and cut out using a donut cutter or the technique I used ( in the tutorial step by steps section ) to cut donuts out .
Fry in hot oil and dip in whatever glaze or chocolate while still hot .
