INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken cut up
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
½ teaspoon tumeric
2 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
3 tab yogurt
3 tab mustard sauce
Crushed green chillies
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ cup tomato grated
4 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon saffron boiled in water
Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in pot. Marinate chicken in all ingredients and cook in pot on medium . Add potatoes ( optional) and dhania (coriander). Serve with roti or naan.
