INGREDIENTS
1 & 1 / 4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup milk
1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 / 2 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
Sift together dry ingredients.
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Whisk together wet and dry.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fry spoonfuls of batter in a hot, greased pan.
Flip when tops begin to bubble and allow to cook for an additional minute.
INFO & TIPS
Serve while hot so chocolate is still gooey.
Serve with ice cream / chocolate sauce
